Located in Anacortes, Washington State, the best tidewater cruising grounds on the West Coast with inside access from Olympia, Washington to Glacier Bay, Alaska.

Own a classic American designed / Singapore built trawler with modern system upgrades.  Appreciate the hand-crafted construction of solid roving fiberglass, Burmese teak, and bronze fittings. The two-and-a-half gallon per hour efficiency is unmistakable.

Ample propulsion power is provided by a single Caterpillar 3208 V-8 naturally aspirated diesel engine at 210 horsepower.  Maneuverability is simple with a large keel supported rudder, bow thruster, and mechanical steering with mechanical engine/transmission controls. This arrangement minimizes exposure to floating logs and other debris on the running gear. The large rudder enables “back and fill” stern thrust for nearly parallel parking.

The AC/DC electrical system has been thoroughly upgraded to modern standards with a 2017 5KW Northern Lights genset, a 2KW Magnum charger/inverter, new AC circuit wiring, and all AGM batteries (3 4Ds for the house).  The genset is installed in a sound box with double vibration mounts and split exhaust to greatly reduced running noise. Electrical system monitoring is provided by a complete battery monitor display and a remote inverter/charge control panel.

Garmin navigation electrons are provided and are integrated on a CAN bus.  The electro-mechanical COMNAV autopilot is coupled to the two main chart plotters of automatic navigation.  A Foruno radar is included with a dedicated display.

​

A Starlink Mini station is installed for global internet access that may be purchased as an option or removed before sale.

​

Galley equipment includes a 3-burner range with oven, a refrigerator-freezer, and a wide sink. There are ample AC electrical outlets, LED lighting, and USB power outlets. A deck freezer is located on the aft deck.

​

Tankage includes 400 gallons of diesel storage, 160+ gallons of potable water storage, and a 30-gallon black water tank.  The holding tank has a deck port for pump-out and a macerator pump for overboard discharge well offshore. All tank levels are monitored with a reliable pneumatic gauging scheme.

Forced air heat is provided by an Espar Airtronic Diesel heater.

​

Anchor gear is robust for extended trips north in deeper water with 315 feet of 3/8” chain and additional nylon rode. A stern-tie kit is mounted.

​

The 9-foot RIB dinghy has an aluminum bottom with a bilge and a 6 hp 4 stroke outboard motor.  It is swim-step mounted with the Weaver Davit system.

​

All systems are well maintained and in working order. The current owner has cruised extensively with this boat for 13 years including cruises north to the British Columbia Central Coast.
